Hey! I’m Mary.
I’m a wife, a proud mom of four amazing kids, and today, I’m an online business owner and digital product creator living in New York, USA.
For more than 20 years, I have been a traditional store front and an online business owner in New York, USA.
Talking about business experience, I have both failures and success stories I’d love to share with you.
But my journey here was anything but easy.
For years, my husband Dave and I ran a small storefront business in New York. At first, we believed it would give us financial freedom, but instead it drained us. The overhead expenses were crushing, and no matter how hard we worked, the money just wasn’t enough. The stress took a toll on us—not just financially, but emotionally too.
I’ll never forget the day Con Edison came and shut off our electricity at the store. Standing there in the dark, embarrassed and exhausted, I realized we were trapped in a cycle that was never going to end. We borrowed from credit cards just to pay the bills. That moment was our breaking point—our “aha” moment.
I knew deep down something had to change. I made the hardest decision of my life: I shut down our store. After that, I worked low-paying jobs just to get by, but those two years were some of the most painful of my life. We were barely making ends meet, and it felt like I was failing not just myself, but also Dave and our children.
But out of that pain came determination. I remember thinking, There has to be a better way. I started searching online for passive income ideas. I invested in courses, studied late into the night, and within weeks, I took action. I built my first website, started blogging, learned affiliate marketing, and created my own digital products and online courses.
It wasn’t easy, but soon, things began to shift. Traffic started pouring in from Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube. For the first time, we were making money from home—money that didn’t depend on me clocking in hours every single day.
Within a few months, our lives transformed. No more late-night arguments about bills. No more fear of losing electricity. Instead, we were able to take family vacations to Florida, the Bahamas, and other beautiful places. For the first time, we were living life on our terms.
That’s when I realized something powerful: if I could take my struggles and turn them into freedom, I could help others do the same. Since then, I’ve helped countless people start online businesses, create multiple streams of passive income, and finally escape the 9-5 grind.
